Your key job responsibilities
- Market Development: Identification and acquisition of new customers in the special foundation engineering sector; proactive sales of machinery solutions for pile foundations and diaphragm walls (onshore and offshore applications).
- Strategic Networking: Proactive relationship management and networking with key stakeholders across the value chain – from specialized civil engineering firms to consulting engineering offices.
- Sales Process Management: Leading the entire sales cycle from initial market analysis to contract closure, including close coordination with the estimation and technical departments.
- Trend Scouting: Early identification of market trends and regulatory changes to ensure an robust and high-value order intake.
- Reporting: Regular reporting to our management in Germany regarding sales performance, market penetration, and future project pipelines.
Your credentials as a Business Developer
- Qualification: University degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration with a strong technical focus.
- Experience: Several years of relevant professional experience in Business Development or technical sales, ideally within the special foundation engineering or plant engineering sector.
- Regional Expertise: Proven experience in the GCC states and a deep understanding of the local business culture are mandatory.
- Language Skills: Business fluency in English (Arabic and/or German is a plus).
- Personality: Strong negotiation skills, excellent communication abilities, and a willingness to travel frequently within the Gulf states.
